About the Role
We are seeking a driven sales-oriented Licensed Real Estate Associate who will collaborate and be mentored by Vancouver’s top mega agent and work in an awesome team culture. This is a career boosting opportunity to work alongside Vancouver’s Top performing Realtor Adil Dinani. This is a salary-based position that also offers an attractive commission.
The Specifics

JOB DUTIES
- Assist the Agent in performing licensed tasks
- Show homes to prospective home buyer clients
- Drive with or alongside buyer clients to provide access and view homes
- Identify which homes meet the individual buyer client(s) criteria
- Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and/or home sellers
- Schedule and attend on-site purchaser visits with clients and vendors
- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors
- Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, emails, questions and concerns
- Keep Lead and Buyer Agents informed on all client communications and developments using email and CRM platforms
- Answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information
- Provide buyer clients with pricing information and market research
- Provide world-class customer service to clients
- Able to handle, track, and close several team-leads per month

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have current Real Estate License
- Customer-focused and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Self-starter with a high degree of self-confidence and motivation
- Professionally polished with strong oral and written communication skills
- Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
- Must be able to give full time attention to this Real Estate career
- Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and determine client needs
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- Desire to work within our proven team system
- Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
