We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dental Assistant/Treatment Plan Co-Ordinator to join our team. As a Certified Dental Assistant/Treatment Plan Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our dentists in providing high-quality dental care to our patients and facilitate their dental journey.


  • Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures by sterilizing and organizing instruments, equipment, and materials
  • Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments, suctioning, and providing patient comfort
  • Take digital x-rays and intra oral scans
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, including charting and documentation of treatment plans
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
  • Maintain and order dental supplies as needed
  • Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are strictly followed
  • Greet and prepare patients for their appointments
  • Schedule patient appointments


    • Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification from an accredited program.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Proficiency with dental software CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
    • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Ability to work effectively as part of a team
    • Understanding implant procedures such as all on 4 cases
