The Role

We are hiring for BC’s largest personal bankruptcy firm where we invest in our people. We pride ourselves in treating clients with respect and empathy and are looking to add team members to support this goal. We are hiring Client Intake Specialists to focus on insolvency.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with potential clients over the phone and via video conferencing
• Utilize Hubspot (CRM) to manage a client’s journey to be debt free
• Obtain source documents to supplement legal documentation
• Arranging and scheduling meetings for your client with other team members
• Maintaining detailed notes of your discussions with your client to allow other team members to assist you as required

Requirements

• Experience in Sales, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in personal financial services
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Experience in a paperless office environment
• Familiar with excel and PDF software (annotating documents, combining documents)
• Experience in managing many clients in a CRM environment
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products
