  • Entering invoices & expenses and posting accounting software
  • Reference checking project management software for proper syncing
  • Managing payables & expenses
  • Managing receivables
  • Conducting daily banking activities
  • Managing employee payroll
  • Financial analysis & reporting
  • Reconciling reports to third party reports (banks, CC, etc)
  • Create bookkeeping procedures, policies & systems
  • Develop systems to account for financial transactions through organization of chart of accounts
  • Maintain a balanced & up to date general ledger
  • Preparing documentation for Accountant
  • Monitoring variances from projected budgets.
  • Advising management on findings
