The Role

We are in need of a reliable and dependable HR & Payroll Coordinator to work in our HR Department who can help us with daily accounting related duties with a can-do attitude. This is an in office environment where you will get to work with an awesome HR team.


  • Responsible for creation and delivery of semi-monthly payroll in ADP
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of personnel files
  • Assist employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment
  • Coordinate open enrollment periods
  • Assist in managing and updating benefits information
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in conducting HR audits and reviews to identify compliance issues
  • Input and maintain employee payroll data in ADP
  • Verify and reconcile payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and ensure compliance with these laws
  • Process payroll disbursements through various payment methods
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accuracy and consistency in payroll data
  • Address employee payroll-related questions and concerns
  • Handle departmental mail and correspondence
  • Support the HR team with Recruitment & onboarding
  • Support the HR Team with payroll, budget & KPI delivery


  • 1 to 2 years experience in HR role
  • Post education in business administration
  • Proficient with HRIS & Payroll processes (ADP experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and with strict deadlines
  • Ability to use sound judgement and professional integrity
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office, (specifically, Microsoft Excel) databases
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Well organized
  • Ability to critically think
  • Ability to resolve conflict
